Here are two of my favorite magazines. I really enjoy most of the articles because they cover so much old lore that would be lost and forgotten if it were not for the enthusiasts who so generously share their knowledge.

The Les Stroud edition of the Backwoodsman from Mar/Apr 2011 was particularly interesting to me, as I am a fan of Mr. Stroud's. I have a saying that I like to use when asked to perform tasks that I do not like, thanks to Les, though I'm sure he doesn't mean it in the same way that I do, "If you sweat -- you die!" ;-)
