We'll start out our Autumn shop hopping with an old favorite of mine, and, in fact, this song is about to get a makeover in the new musical version of Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds. The new artist who will be singing it will be Gary Barlow of Take That fame. I'd love to share both versions with you but, at this writing, it's not available just yet. But you can look for the re-release of Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds, The New Generation on 12 November 2012.
