International Talk Like a Pirate Day

Ahoy, mateys! That's right! It's that time again. It's International Talk Like a Pirate Day and the above link will fill you in on all of the fun of this wonderful annual event.

Today is the day to let your inner Pirate out of his or her sea chest, let fly the Jolly Roger, polish up your peg leg and your hook (it's rough out at sea, you know) and generally have a blast (from the cannon or pistol of your choice of course).

So get out there, those of you with sea water in your veins and the call of plunder in your souls, sing a shanty or two, drink some rum and, well, talk like a pirate!
